V1.8 is available, a new update to the Nintendo Switch version

(MST/Speedmaniacs.de) – Who published the update to version 1.8 in the first phase of Frontier Development’s development for the F1 Manager 2024 has appeared. These will be available for the PC, PlayStation and Xbox versions from 08.10.2024. Besitzer of the Nintendo Switch version will probably no longer be active.

All with the latest updates are a renewed adaptation with the best compatible playground equipment. If the prototype computer no longer works, the V1.8 can be run on Verbesserungen und Fehlerkorrekturen.

It is all possible to support the working conditions of the program stabilization, making bug fixes with personal, translation and recruitment activities. We repeat the short descriptions in the bereiche-rennwochenende and -fahrer-eingeflosses.

STABILITY and PERFORMANCE
-Improved gaming performance during wet weather
-Fixed UI softlock that could occur during the race

STAFFING, CONTRACTS and RECRUITMENT
– Fixed staff and facility effects not returning to normal at the end of the sponsorship agreement period
– Fixed driver or staff with agreed future contracts being poached by another team when entering a new season
– Fixed drivers or staff being poached shortly after declaring they had no intention of leaving
– Fixed issue with AI teams making contract offers to drivers or staff with whom they have already agreed a future contract
– Fixed an issue where AI teams left driver or staff positions vacant at the start of the second season
-Fixed breakout clauses not being paid for poached drivers or staff
-Increased chances of AI teams promoting affiliated companies to vacant positions
– Fixed the ‘Driver/Staff Changes’ email not showing future contracts
-Fixed cases of AI teams replacing drivers who already have long-term contracts

RACE WEEKEND
-Improved balance between driver confidence
– Fixed laps being timed during qualifying sessions
-Fixed background animation in the race preparation screen at x16 speed
– Fixed the ‘Grand Slam’ achievement not being awarded correctly
– Fixed missing track textures in Marina Bay

DRIVERS
– Fixed an issue where both drivers were assigned to the same car at the start of a new season
– Fixed: Email dilemma suggesting to invest in another team’s affiliate driver
– Fixed team roster update email showing duplicate drivers
