Burkhalter Group acquires electrical engineering company in Aargau

Elektro R. Räss AG has been a successful player on the regional market since 1963, offering mainly traditional electrical engineering services. The current owners, Robert and Anita Räss, are now selling their company to Burkhalter Holding AG.

Elektro R. Räss AG will merge with the Rothrist-based company Elektro-Bau AG Rothrist, which is already part of the Burkhalter Group, and will operate as a subsidiary of this organization from August 12, 2024. This new subsidiary of Elektro-Bau AG Rothrist will continue to operate under the name Elektro Räss and under the leadership of Robert Räss. All current employees will be retained.
