MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio, Aug. 13, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The third quarter dividend is payable on September 13, 2024, to shareholders of record as of August 30, 2024.
