BERLIN (Dow Jones)–The Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs has taken the first steps towards the two existing digital activities, which are starting new rules in digital trade. The over 80 states of the World Trade Organization (WTO) finalized a final treaty text on the multilateral withdrawal from e-commerce at the end of July. If you want the transactions with digital trade to be completed in the EU and Singapore, the Ministry is recognized. With a contribution of around 25 percent of digital trade to the total world trade, both withdrawals pose important consequences.

“In a very important way, the digital trade is subject to modern and internationally applicable regulations for the legal requirements of the consumer”, says Wirtschafts-Staatssekretär Udo Philipp. The discourse unit of the plurilateral e-commerce discourses is a greater experience. “Jetzt gilded ash, which is beautifully decorated in Kraft zu setzen.” I believe that digital trade in the EU and Singapore plays a more important role in the new standards and legal certainty and a high degree of trade enthusiasm with the economics dynamic and geopolitics in Singapore.

With the plurilateral trade text of e-commerce, the first global rules for digital trade are expanded. If so, the cross-border electronic trade of the company, trade for digital services and digital transactions, abzubauen and other Schwellen- and Entwicklungsländer begin to integrate into digital trade. I come to a problem with the purchase of electronic devices and a connected device for data protection anchoring. The Mitgliedstates stand for an Anteil von über 90 Perzent des Weltweiten Handels. The information text that is now published in the WTO-Rugelwerk becomes – as with other multilateral organizations – an agreement that the WTO Mitgliedsstaat has inherited forderlich.

The EU digital establishment with Singapore has started in 2019 in Kraft a free trade agreement with a number of rules in electronic commerce, which more than 50 companies from service trades in the EU and Singapore issue. As the first all digital institutions of the EU have set the new standards and cross-border data flow. European consumer protection standards were then established. Both contract partners must now undergo the ratification of the Vertrages by internal Verfahren.
