Thor Explorations Ltd. Announces Appointment of Accountant

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – August 14, 2024) – Thor Explorations Ltd. (TSXV: THX) (AIM: THX) (“Thor Explorations“, “Thorn” or the “Company“) announces the appointment of BDO (Canada) LLP (“BDO Canada”) as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The Company has completed the onboarding process of BDO Canada LLP.

The change of the Company’s auditor follows a mandatory requirement for the retirement of BDO (UK) LLP solely as a result of a British Columbia statutory requirement that the Company have a British Columbia registered auditor.
