Ikonisys SA (Euronext Growth Paris: ALIKO)a company specializing in the early and accurate detection of cancers through a unique, fully automated solution for medical analysis laboratories (the “Publisher”), today announces that it has completed a capital increase of €150,000, through a private placement.

This transaction continues the path the Company embarked on in early 2024 to grow its shareholder base through select transactions, while strengthening its financial resources. The net proceeds of this issuance, amounting to €150k, will support the Company’s working capital needs and increase its financial visibility.
