Neuer F&B Director at Bürgenstock Resort

Niko Zigrahn is director of Food & Beverage at the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne. In the new position of the signalman, the Führung der gesamten Gastronomie de bovine 120 Mitarbeitenden is responsible.

The current German Niko Zigrahn became Director of Food & Beverage at Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne in August. This can be done as a Senior Assistant Director of the F&B department in the Betrieb. Weitere Stationen with the Laufbahn to take another place in renovated Häusern at the Brenner’s Park Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden and the Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern.

Zigrahn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef/Bonn and a diploma as Commis Sommelier from the International Wine Institute. Daneben is absolutely the Food and Beverage Management Program of eCornell University and has never received a different image from Sommelier IHK.
