Life is often beautifully complicated. Zum Glück müssen wir da nicht allein durch. Diesmal: Psychologist Miriam Junge on the end of self-sabotage.

Worum goes: If I do more sports, I am fitter and in my kitchen again of the wohlzufühlen. To be sure, that I am also able to do, I have taken a course. Once you have your own loss, you can do your sleep or urgent other things. Then it is a bit frustrating and shame on me, that has not worked out.

Does this sound familiar? Many of us were beautiful in situations, in which we ourselves have placed a Leg. For example, in Job, when a supply of a boat world takes place, for the heart of the equipment and the ability to work with the Words: “Many are better suited.” Or when we have a business idea, but then think: “What, when do I break?” Before you clean the device, it has not first come loose with the processing. Selbst sabotage occurred: So can’t be done

Self-sabotage is often a matter of great confusion and anxiety. Internal blockages and glaubenssätze that “Ich bin nicht genug” stop when we are aware that life is like this. Aber: We can continue to travel abroad, in spite of this:

3. Seek support. No one has to ask a question. You can talk to a coach, a coach or another coach across the board. A new perspective can be seen.

4. Positive self-talk: If you are in the most likely best situation, it is a matter of unpredictable use. And if you get a compensation for a great machine, you can pay more attention to the trust and just base, you can learn, even more than your trust.

5. Self-reflection on: Rules that you can think of can help, learning to recognize yourself – Tagebuchschreiben and meditation are an effective tool.

If it is good, the self-sabotage of the wind is not an easy process. If this is the case: The worst possible step is that we will not succeed. If you do it differently, it is fun.
