Roof truss in flames – House fire: Steiermark (54) fighting wild hornets

When the emergency services (Feldbach, Kornberg-Bergl, Schützing, Lödersdorf, Riegersburg, Weinberg adR, Johnsdorf-Brunn, Hatzendorf and St. Stefan iR, police, Red Cross, crisis intervention team) arrived, a major fire had already broken out. 15 vehicles and 80 firefighters fought the flames. However, after the extinguishing work was completed, the picture was sad: the entire upper floor was destroyed. There was considerable material damage of an as yet unknown extent – but no people were injured.
