Plurilock Appoints Best Buy Canada President Ron Wilson to Industry Advisory Council Page 1

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – August 19, 2024) – Plurilock Security Inc. (TSXV: PLUR) (OTCQB: PLCKF) (“Plurilock” or the “Company”), a global provider of cybersecurity services and solutions, announces the appointment of Ron Wilson, a 35-year technology sales veteran, to the Company’s Industry Advisory Council.

Mr. Wilson currently serves as President of Best Buy Canada, where he has been a senior leader for more than two decades. During that time, he led the consolidation of the Future Shop stores and assets into the Best Buy brand and has been instrumental in many of the most significant and successful changes at Best Buy in recent years, including the e-commerce marketplace, delivery and fulfillment, and online sales for in-store pickup.

Mr. Wilson brings to Plurilock a wealth of knowledge gained from senior roles in merchandising, operations, marketing and e-commerce, as well as invaluable experience helping major brands thrive and grow through acquisitions, integrations, and market and industry transformations.

A total of 150,000 options will be granted to certain consultants of the Company under the Omnibus Plan, subject to approval by the TSXV, with an exercise price of $2.13. The stock options will be granted for a period of five years beginning on August 16, 2024 and will vest immediately.
