Transactions related to the share buyback program

On November 10, 2023, Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S announced that it has initiated a share buyback program with a total value of up to DKK 850 million. The purpose of this is to adjust the Company’s capital structure and meet obligations arising from the Group’s share-based incentive program.
