Premier, Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC), a leading technology-driven company focused on improving healthcare, today announced that Glenn Coleman, CPA, has been unanimously appointed by the Board of Directors as the Company’s Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, effective November 11, 2024. Coleman succeeds Craig McKasson, who will retire on December 31, 2024, and will serve as a strategic advisor to the Company through 2026.

Coleman brings more than three decades of financial and industry expertise, as well as extensive experience managing the financial planning, reporting and operations of publicly traded companies. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dentsply Sirona, where he leads the company’s finance and information technology functions. Coleman previously held positions at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he led the company’s operations and oversaw the majority of Integra’s talent pool, and Chief Financial Officer, where he oversaw the broader finance function. Prior to joining Integra, Coleman spent 25 years in financial leadership roles at leading global companies, including Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
