It is a symbolic start to the construction of the first TSMC Chipfabrik in Europe. “The greatest European recovery world comes from a continent and a cooperation with three European Spitzenunternehmen in one,” said EU Commissioner Ursula von der Leyen at the Zeremonie in Dresden.
