The net asset value of INVL Baltic Real Estate (hereinafter: the company), as determined in Article XI of the Articles of Association ‘Valuation of the Company’s assets and calculation of the net asset value’, amounted to EUR 23,612,882 on June 30, 2024, or EUR 2.9291 per share.
