ROCKWOOL A/S – transactions related to share buyback program

As stated in announcement no. 02/2024, ROCKWOOL A/S has initiated a share buyback program running from February 8, 2024 to February 7, 2025. During this period, the Company will buy back its own shares for an amount of up to EUR 160 million.

The Programme is implemented in accordance with European Commission Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 and European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, which together constitute the Safe Harbour Regulation.
