Roadie survey shows 36.7% of retailers are limiting supplies of oversized items even as demand grows

A new report finds that 36.7% of retailers, e-tailers and other businesses are limiting deliveries of large and bulky items as the retail delivery market grows.¹ Nearly half of respondents say “oversized” describes more than 20% of what they sell, underscoring why high-quality, efficient last-mile delivery for those items is so critical.

The research, published by Roadie, a UPS company and a logistics management and same-day delivery platform, in partnership with studioID, explores the pain points, opportunities and benefits of large and bulk deliveries.
