American Software Board Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend

American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Company’s Class A Shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2024, and will be paid on or about November 29, 2024.
