Radio Fuels Announces $1,500,000 Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – August 22, 2024) – Radio Fuels Energy Corp. (CSE: CAKE) (the “Company” or “Radio fuels“) is pleased to announce that it intends to conduct a non-brokered private placement (the “Private placement“) to raise $1,500,000 through the issuance of 11,538,462 common shares of capital stock of the Company (the “Shares“, and each, a “Part“) at a price of $0.13 per share.

The Private Placement has been fully allocated and the Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement as working capital. Payment of finder’s fees in connection with the Private Placement is not expected.
