Axway (Paris:AXW) (the “Company”) today announces the success of its rights issue for an amount, including issuance premium, of approximately €131 million (the “Capital Increase”), the proceeds of which will be used to finance part of the purchase price of the Sopra Banking Software business for an amount of €330 million. The closing of the acquisition is expected on September 2, 2024.
