Herzstück des Hotels is the new “Belétage” – a complete stockwork for shared culinary experiences. Holzböden, Brass, Marmortische mit Dining Chairs, üppige Farben und Prints procuren een lässig – urbanes Ambiente. The “Contemporary-Bar” contains a separated gold content.

In the Showküche you can see that costs are being incurred. When you are on the Gaumen, the Gröllers make a bigger effort: from the new Belétage and the authentic Wirtshausküche in the “Poststube 1327” to the Gourmetküche from Spitzenkoch Lukas Nagl, which is served in 4-Haubenrestaurant Bootshaus.
