In accordance with Article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of April 29, 2019 implementing the Code of Companies and Associations, Solvay SA hereby discloses certain information relating to its own share buyback program announced on August 1, 2024.

Solvay repurchased 122,323 Solvay shares during the period from August 19, 2024 to August 23, 2024, as follows:
