On June 17, 2024, a total of 2,557,212,981 series B shares (“B Shares”), as previously communicated, were allocated in the partially underwritten issue of B Shares of Fingerprint Cards AB (publ) (“Fingerprints” or the “Company”) of up to approximately SEK 312.4 million with preferential rights for its existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”).
