Radio Fuels announces closing of private placement

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – August 30, 2024) – Radio Fuels Energy Corp. (CSE: CAKE) (the “Company” or “Radio fuels“) is pleased to announce that, further to the press release dated August 22, 2024, it has completed its non-brokered private placement (the “Private placement“) with the issuance of 11,538,462 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the “Shares“, and each, a “Part“) at a price of $0.13 per share, for proceeds of $1,500,000.

There were no finder’s fees applicable to the Private Placement and the Company intends to use the proceeds thereof as working capital. All Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on December 31, 2024, which date is four months and one day after the date of issuance.
