Legrand announces acquisitions of UPSistemas in Colombia and APP in Australia

Legrand (Paris:LR) continues its bolt-on acquisition strategy and today announced two new acquisitions.

UPSistemas is a Colombian specialist in the integration, commissioning, maintenance and monitoring of technical infrastructures, especially for data centers.
UPSistemas is based in Bogota and has more than 300 employees. Its annual turnover is around €30 million.
After Netrack, Davenham and Vass, UPSistemas is the fourth acquisition this year in the data center segment.
