Change in the Board of Directors of Colabor Group Inc.

SAINT-BRUNO-DE-MONTARVILLE, Quebec, Sept. 3, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Colabor Group Inc. (TSX: GCL) (“Colabor” or the “Company”) announces that Mr. Jean Gattuso has today resigned as a director of the Company, effective September 3, 2024.

In light of the recent announcement of the appointment of Jean Gattuso as Chairman of the Board of Directors of a well-known independent asset management company, Mr. Gattuso has decided to step down as a director of the Company to focus on his new responsibilities. Mr. Gattuso has been a director of the Company since October 2021.
