MetLife Appoints Toby Srihiran Brown as Global Head of Reinsurance, Rob Dill as Chief Auditor

MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) today announced that Toby Srihiran Brown has been appointed global head of reinsurance, effective October 1.

To address the growing scope of MetLife’s reinsurance business, Brown will develop and maintain a comprehensive reinsurance strategy for the company, overseeing the end-to-end reinsurance process, including deal origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and ongoing monitoring and reporting. He will report to John McCallion, chief financial officer, MetLife, Inc., and head of MetLife Investment Management.

Brown, currently MetLife’s chief auditor, will be succeeded in that role by Rob Dill, MetLife’s chief financial officer for the Latin America region. Dill will have a direct and independent reporting relationship to the Audit Committee of the MetLife, Inc., Board of Directors and will report administratively to MetLife President and Chief Executive Officer Michel Khalaf.
