BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DMB) Announces Distribution

BNY Mellon Municipal Bond Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DMB) today declared a distribution of $0.0300 per common share, payable on October 1, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 19, 2024. The ex-dividend date is September 19, 2024. The previous distribution declared in August was $0.0300 per common share.

The Fund intends to make regular monthly distributions to its common shareholders at a fixed rate based on its expected performance. At times, to maintain a stable level of distributions, the Fund may distribute less than all of its net investment income or, in addition to distributing current net investment income, the Fund may distribute accumulated undistributed income or repay capital. As market conditions and portfolio performance change, the rate of distributions on the Fund’s common shares and the Fund’s distribution policy may change.
