Correction – Ensurge Micropower ASA – Exercise of subscription rights and employee share buyback plan

Reference is made to the announcement made by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the “Company”) on September 2, 2024 regarding the exercise of subscription rights and the issuance of shares under the Employee Share Purchase Plan 2024 (2024 ESPP).

The announcement inadvertently contained some minor errors in the number of new shares and the share capital after the share issuance under the ESPP 2024.
