The North West Company Inc. Reports Second Quarter Earnings, Quarterly Dividend Increase

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, September 4, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — (TSX: NWC): The North West Company Inc. (the “Company” or “North West”) today reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended July 31, 2024. It also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40, an increase of $0.01 or 2.6% per share, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2024, payable on October 15, 2024.
