Acer is pleased with the Nitro 14, a QHD gaming notebook with an average refresh rate and 18 hours of battery life.

Acer offers the Nitro 14 a gaming notebook from the middle class. There is no research done on hardware from Firma AMD (Hawk Point, Zen 4) and Nvidia (Ada Lovelace). The previous model costs 1.450 Euro for its money. The Einstiegsmodel of the series costs 1.400 Euro verfügbar.

Ryzen 5 and GeForce RTX 4060 (8 GB GDDR6 VRAM) offer the best possibilities for streaming, rendering and of course gaming. The CPU can work on 16 GB of storage (LPDDR5X, dual-channel mode). An event of most of the time was not possible. The storage capacity of the PCIe-4-SSD (M.2-2280) would be right with 512 GB – here a notebook of 1,450 euros could last longer. Das Notebook does not offer any space for a second SSD.

The hardware brings all active gaming devices to the screen. You can usually use the full image display (2,560 x 1,600 image) and the maximum settings are changed. It is a matt 14.5-inch display (IPS, 120 Hz, sRGB, G-Sync) in a 16:10 format that has a good end to the backcountry.

An accumulator (76 Wh) has a practical wash of 10 to 14 hours – restoring values. Positive: The energy supply can support the life of the Acer power supply (230 Watt) as a universal USB-C charger – both USB-C ports (1x USB 4, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2) are switched off Delivery (and the DP Alt-Mode).
