Desktop Health Validates Flexcera Resine for LuxCreo 3D Printer

Desktop Health with Flexcera resin for LuxCreo 3D printer validated, the application in cosmetic and restorative tooth prostheses was improved. Flexcera is a series of FDA-approved nanoceramic polymers, which are short-term application findings in tooth medicine.

Desktop Health, a brand of Desktop Metal, which is included in one of the printed versions, ensures that the Flexcera resin family validates the Einsatz with the 3D printers of LuxCreo. Flexcera: Nanoceramic Polymer for Dental Prostheses

Flexcera-Resine was placed in the technique of the restoration of aesthetic and functional prostheses, a temporary and permanent treatment with implant prostheses, crowns, bridges and re-insertable prostheses. These materials are FDA 510(k)-zugelassen, CE-certified and MDR-certified. Flexcera has a high aesthetic mechanical properties, which provide the simple cosmetic and restorative Mediterranean advantages under the right conditions.

With the validation of the LuxCreo system, the list of 3D printers is available, which can be performed with Flexcera resins. In addition, Marken’s equipment with Carbon and Asiga for Flexcera was qualified.

LuxCreo is available for all 3D printing plates in Kieferorthopedics. With the addition of Flexcera resin, the LuxCreo system can now be used in cosmetic, restorative and reusable dental medical applications. Especially the LuxCreo fastprint.io 3D printer, which works in cooperation with Glidewell, the world’s largest dental laboratory, is the best way to efficiently bring Flexcera resin into practice.

The first Flexcera products valid for LuxCreo are:

  • Flexcera Smile Ultra+: For permanent and temporary Zahnersatz
