Leichtathletik – Kein Start im Schweden-Trikot: Warholm sagt verletzt ab – Sport

Zurich (dpa) – The start of the Norwegian Hurden-Weltrekordler Karsten Warholm in the Swedish Nationaltrikot during the Diamond-League-Meeting in Zurich has fallen with tension. Warholm has completed a route over the 400 meter long distance to a distance of 400 meters. The Mittwochabend is a show race at 100 meters distance of Stabhochsprung-Weltrekordler Armand “Mondo” Duplant is lost and more or less disappeared by the Swiss Bezwingers in dessen Nationalfarben.

After the event had given a hint in the Oberschenkel, Warholm reported in more interviews in the Donnerstagabend. “Perhaps it was my last race in this season”, said the 28-year-old Olympia-Zweite from Paris with Blick at the Diamond-League-Finale on September 13 and 14 in Brussels. It seems that this was not the case, like Warholm. There will now be investigations at home.

Losing his debts is a big challenge in the Letzigrund Stadium in a yellow national jersey Sweden – all things are the same in a Norwegian flag. Warholm war over the 100 meters black in 10.47 seconds a personal best pressure, but without chance against Duplantis, who won in 10.37 seconds.
