Britannia Life Sciences Inc. Announces Withdrawal of Cease and Desist Order for Failure to File Request

Toronto, Ontario and London, United Kingdom–(Newsfile Corp. – September 6, 2024) – Britannia Life Sciences Inc. (CSE: BLAB) (FSE: L020) (“Britain” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce that the Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC“), the company’s main regulator, has issued an order revoking the cease and desist order it imposed on the company on August 2, 2024 (the “Technical Director“). The CTO was imposed after the Company failed to file its audited financial statements and related annual management discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, and related certifications of such filings by the Company’s CEO and CFO (collectively, the “Annual filings“) as required before July 29, 2024.

The Withdrawal Order follows the Company’s filing of annual filings, as further described in the Company’s press release dated September 2, 2024, which is available for review under the Company’s profile on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca). Following the filing of annual filings, the Company will satisfy its continuous disclosure obligations and file with the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE“) for the resumption of trading in the Company’s ordinary shares with immediate effect.
