AI/ML Innovations Inc. Provides Status Update

VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 6, 2024 / AI/ML Innovations Inc. (the “Company(CSE:AIML)(OTCQB:AIMLF)(FWB:42FB) announces that, further to the press releases dated August 23, 2024 and August 29, 2024, the Company’s principal regulator, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC“), a cease trading order granted by management (the “MCTO“) on August 29, 2024 under National Policy 12-203 Management orders to cease trading (“NP-12-203“). In accordance with the MCTO, Paul Duffy, the Chief Executive Officer, and Tim Daniels, the Interim Chief Financial Officer, are prohibited from trading in securities of the Company until the Company has filed its annual audited financial statements, annual management discussion and analysis and related certifications for the year ended April 30, 2024 (collectively, the “Required documents“), and the director of the BCSC revokes the MCTO. The MCTO does not affect the ability of other shareholders to trade their securities.

The Company’s Board of Directors and management confirm that they are working expeditiously to file the required documents and now expect to do so on or before September 30, 2024, and confirm that there has been no other material information relating to the Company’s affairs since the Company’s press release of August 29, 2024 that has not been made generally known. The Company continues to cooperate with its accountant in relation to accounting issues raised in relation to the consolidation of a French resident holding entity.
