The board of directors of Vista Outdoor Inc. (“Vista Outdoor”, the “Company”) (NYSE: VSTO) today commented on the most recent communication from MNC Capital (“MNC”):

The Vista Outdoor Board of Directors has negotiated extensively with MNC. Despite our good faith efforts, MNC sent a revised proposal to the Board after 10:00 p.m. ET last night that expires on Monday. The public communication by MNC just hours after delivery of the proposal, as well as the Monday expiration date, continues a frustrating pattern and is not constructive. The Vista Outdoor Board of Directors remains committed to maximizing shareholder value, will continue discussions with MNC and other parties, and looks forward to updating our shareholders in due course.
