Exor NV (AMS: EXO) (“Exor” or the “Company”) announces that the Company, under the second tranche of the share buyback program of up to €125 million announced on August 12, 2024 (the “Second Tranche”), has completed the following transactions on Euronext Amsterdam, CBOE DXE, Turquoise Europe and Aquis Exchange Europe:

Following these purchases, the total amount invested under the second tranche amounts to approximately €53 million, for a total amount of 549,604 ordinary shares purchased.

As of September 9, 2024, the Company held a total of 6,674,075 ordinary shares in its own stock (3.02% of the total issued ordinary share capital)¹.
