Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Completes New Manufacturing Center, Expanding Capacity More Than Eightfold

New facility online and ready for autumn spider silk production

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Sept. 9, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (OTCQB: KBLB) (“the Company” or “Kraig Labs”), today announced that it has completed the second wave of its manufacturing expansion and is now moving spider silk production to its new, larger manufacturing center.

Following the overwhelming success of the spring production trials, Kraig Labs outlined a strategic investment plan to rapidly scale up its production capacity, scheduled to take place in two waves. The first phase was completed in July, giving the company the space it needed to operate during the rainy season. The second and larger project was the construction of a new production center for the company’s spider silk production operations.
