The preparation of Cook’N’Battle is carried out with Veggi-Menü

The two students of the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland Madeleine Flekstad and Lara Kocagönc judged the jury with their vegetarian verdict «Bree Bao Meets Pumpkin».

On August 31, the Cook’N’Battle Competition of the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland took place at the Campus in Le Bouveret. During the competition, six cooking duos of the Academy competed for three hours before a court. Chef Christopher Emerling looked at the duos who submitted their portfolios. The advice was presented by a jury. This file was composed of Hubertus Henning, General Manager Gate Group, Daniel Dittrich, Executive Chef Gate Group and Uqonic Lounges, and Michael Schiess, Lounge Experience Manager Swiss.

The Cook’ N’ Battle competition is a separate concoction of both students Madeleine Flekstad and Lara Kocagöncü. They inspired the jury with their vegetarian verdict «Bree Bao Meets Pumpkin» on «Autumn Swiss Fusion».

“Bree Bao Meets Pumpkin” is on the Swiss Lounge map for a month in the Zurich Flughafen mode. Both winners have taken a VIP tour of the Flughafen Zurich and the Lounge, to see how their purpose in the production is.

“I was confronted with the professionalism of the chef, the personals, the school itself and the natural study. The components of the wettbewerbs were very competent and had a leading role in the kitchen and the scale of Food & Beverages-Erlebnissen. There are real things that are aimed at trying out and the winners of the discussions, how long it lasts and in the lounge of the first class angeboten can be, says Michael Schiess, Lounge Experience Manager Swiss.
