Illegal alien confesses to rape, kidnapping of Louisiana teen in knife attack

An illegal alien in Louisiana has confessed to kidnapping and raping a 13-year-old girl in Louisiana, the New York Post reports.

Diego Rodriguez-Salvador, 23, who is illegally held in prison, was arrested on September 4 for allegedly luring the minor to his car, driving her to his Kenner home and raping her.

Rodriguez-Salvador, from Honduras, reportedly asked the girl to ride with him to a nearby store. The 13-year-old was his friend’s sister.

When the 13-year-old got into the car, she saw Rodriguez-Salvador start driving the wrong way. He then pulled a knife, raped her and dropped her off in her neighborhood before driving away.

This happened around 7:45 p.m. Police then began a brief manhunt for Rodriguez-Salvador. Police located a 2013 Nissan Altima that was linked to him. The suspect was contacted by phone and agreed to surrender before being taken into custody.

Rodriguez-Salvador reportedly later admitted to the crime (via NYP):

Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley described him as “a ghost” and said very little was known about him other than the fact that he was from Honduras and in the country illegally, the outlet reported. It was not known when he entered the U.S.

“Diego is undocumented in the United States and detectives are working closely with Homeland Security Investigations to obtain any additional information that may assist in his identification or apprehension,” the Kenner Police Department said in a statement.

Late last month, Townhall reported that an illegal alien previously deported from Mexico allegedly raped a 10-year-old boy in Mississippi.

The Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Office confirmed in a Facebook post that the suspect, Filiberto Gonzalez, is an illegal alien.
