Legendary hardcore punk band may retire

The legendary hardcore punk band can apply. Refused sagas Tschüss. On November 8, 2024, a vinyl reissue will be released in honor of the 25th anniversary of “The Shape Of Punk To Come”. We played our first concert in February 1992. In the period when George HW Bush and Boris Jelzin held a press conference in Camp David, the end of the wars had become a fact in the course of time. That’s how long it’s been. It’s been so long, that I could never have dreamed of a winter Saturday, when we drove in a car and went to Lulea, four Gorilla Biscuit songs, a Shelter song, an AC\DC song and I imagined playing three original compositions for a crowd of 50-60 blind, drunken Nordländern. I was just 17, had never traveled outside of Sweden, and when the band broke up in 1998, we had played over 500 shows throughout Europe and the US. If you say that the band has spent a lifetime, where you have a problem, and if you know that you have learned a few years ago, that is so. A band, that goes through Tournee, is with a family, for everything, if a man in a Van-on the way ist, with maps, on such a house in Halberstadt, woman eigentlich schon for a stunde hätte spielen sollen. A family inspiration can be schwiggish. So war is a fact.

And the war is in the ground. We have tried it again and again between 2012 and 2024. Because all the people had gone unnoticed, it was a success and the music of the reformed band was so, but I have a personal heart for the feeling, which could not help us even a little, was with musical making sollten, and with fighting still not, as the Pandemic zuschlug. The anniversary package contains a 12-Song-Tribute-Album titled ‘The Shape Of Punk To Come Obliterated’ with covers and remixes of bands featuring Quicksand, Zulu, Gel, IDLES, Touche Amore and others. The Liner Notes by Dennis Lyxzen and David Sandstrom wrote the description of the Bands, the Tribute album is shown as new context and an image in the view of the albums.

Artists on the coming form of punk have been erased

Walter Schreifels of Quicksand: “I feel honored that Quicksand was asked to do this compilation. Liberation Frequency and The Shape Of Punk To Come are monuments to heavy music with a message and aesthetic that transcends the genre.”

Anaiah Lei of Zulu: “I’ve always been a Refused fan and even had the chance to tour with them in 2012 with my old band. That record was definitely in the top 10 of my favorite hardcore albums and it was an honor to play a song from it. Especially this one because I was like, you guys made this in the mid-90s? Way ahead of its time!”
