(CSE: BRAX) (OTC Pink: BRAXF) (FSE: 4960) (“Braxia Scientific”, or the “Company”) today announced that an annual general and special meeting (the “Meeting”) of its common shareholders will be held in person at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 1430 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, Ontario, L5G 3H4.

Please note that shareholders will not be entitled to vote at the Meeting or otherwise participate in the Meeting by teleconference or other electronic means. Accordingly, we encourage shareholders to vote in advance of the Meeting in accordance with the instructions in the materials for the Meeting, including the Management Information Circular, which is available on SEDAR+ and on the Company’s website.
