Caspar-Hotel organizes the Kulinarik festival in Muri

The Drei-Häuser-Hotel Caspar is located on the culinary market. During the Culinary Festival, Top Chefs and Weinprofis-rund 250 Gäste are offered.

Am 8. September of the «Culinary market by Caspar in Muri» statt. The Drei-Häuser-Hotel Caspar transforms the Anlass zum Zweiten Mal. Beef 250 Gäste nahmen daran teil. Together with the Gastköchinnen and -köchen, Winzerinnen and Winzern and Genusspartners, Sebastian Rabe – Intendant and Executive Chef of both Hotel-Restaurants – walks the Restaurant Ochsen 1596, the Innenhof Pergola and the Caspar-Wolf-Saal in a Kulinarik-Festival.

Festival of delicacies
An der Zweiten Edition des Culinary Markets bought chef Rabe together with national and international guest chefs and chefs. Kevin Romes von Skin’s – The Restaurant (2 Michelin-Sterne, 16 Gault-Millau-Punkte) served a Kreation from Kalbsbries, Lattich, Mostrich with Vin Jaune. Vilson Krasnic vom Restaurant Elmira (1 Michelin-Stern, 14 Gault-Millau-Punkte) überzeugte mit seiner Interpretation van gebeiztem Saibling, Dashi-Reduction, Wasabi und Rucola.

Noémie Bernard from Restaurant Sternen (15 Gault Millau points) brought the classic-modern cuisine of Zugersee to the Caspar-Wolf-Saal nach Muri. Noah Rechsteiner and Leon Paczkowski from «Anoah – Plant-based» served vegan creations, with Christian Vogel from «Birdy’s by Achtien» (1 Michelin Star and 15 Gault Millau points) from the Oldtimer-Küchen-Trailer focusing on Wassermelone, Olivenöl, Basil and Sunflower kernels.

In “Ochsen 1596” – with 16 Gault Millau points marked – war host Sebastian Rabe for the responsible spirit. I am Caspar-Wolf-Saal who provides the duo Karolin Kurek, Chefin Patissière and Lena Humbel with artistic night art.

International Winzerinnen and Winzer
It was not even years ago that Winzerinnen and Winzer were extracted from Europe. Von Gault Millau performed «Rookie des Jahres 2024», Clément Luisier from Valais Luisier presented Vins seine Bio-Weine with nach Muri. A regional Spitzenwein glass goes to Chantal and Robert Irsslinger from Schwyzer Weingut Irsslinger. De Falstaff-Nachwuchswinzer 2023 setzen auf Rebsorten wie Blaufränkisch, Scheurebe or der Zweigelt.

International employees are in the «Pavillon» of the Drei-Häuser-Hotels Caspar: Julia Schittler of Vereinigte Weingüter Schittler-Becker from Germany and Karl Heimers of Bodega can from Spain are very focused on their Weinen from Germany and Spain. Long-term winzerfahrung of the family brought Robert Schätzle of Schloss Neuweier from Germany and Jorge Arandilla von Tres Piedras from Spain. (mm)
