Franklin Resources, Inc. Announces Assets Under Management by Month-End Page 1

Franklin Resources, Inc. (Franklin Templeton) (NYSE: BEN) today reported preliminary assets under management (AUM) of $1.68 trillion as of August 31, 2024, compared to $1.66 trillion as of July 31, 2024. The increase in AUM this month reflected the impact of positive markets, partially offset by long-term net outflows of $6.3 billion, including $7.7 billion of long-term net outflows at Western Asset Management.1
