CORSAIR Acquires Endor AG’s Business

Landshut, September 13, 2024 – The insolvency proceedings for Endor AG (WKN 549166 / ISIN: DE0005491666) have been initiated by a decision of the Landshut Insolvency Court on September 13, 2024 under file number IN 542/24. Attorney Dr. Hubert Ampferl, partner at law firm Dr. Beck & Partner, has been appointed as insolvency administrator. CORSAIR (Nasdaq: CRSR) has taken over the business operations of Endor AG as part of an asset transaction. The shares in the foreign subsidiaries are also being transferred. In addition, CORSAIR is taking over all active employment contracts of Endor AG. Endor AG will be completely liquidated as part of the insolvency proceedings and will be delisted shortly. Shareholders should note that they will not receive any payments. The company’s real estate is still for sale.
