This model packs an AMD Ryzen 7 7700 CPU, a GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. The AMD Ryzen 7 7700 is a Zen 4 AM5 CPU with a max boost clock of 5.3GHz with 8 cores, 16 threads, and a 32MB L3 cache. The RTX 4060 Ti 8GB graphics card is an excellent GPU for high-fps 1080p gaming, but it is also more than capable of running games at 1440p. It is about 5%-10% faster than the RTX 3060 Ti, and 20%-25% faster than the RTX 4060 at 1080p. As a current-gen card, the RTX 4060 supports DLSS 3.0. Turn it on and you’ll get a framerate boost without sacrificing too much visual quality. It’s essentially the same as selecting Performance Mode instead of Quality Mode on your PS5.

This is a good gaming chip that won’t bottleneck your RTX 4060 GPU. The RTX 4060 is significantly more powerful than the RTX 3060, coming closer in performance to the RTX 3060 Ti. This is a great card for comfortable 1080p gaming. You can also play games at 1440p with relaxed graphical settings, but at that point I’d recommend upgrading to an RTX 4060 Ti model.
