Westhaven Gold provides business update

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Westhaven Gold Corp. (TSX-V:WHN) announces that it has been notified that its Chief Financial Officer, Shaun Pollard, has been charged with two counts of violating the Securities Act (British Columbia) as a result of alleged misconduct in September 2018. The charges have not yet been proven in a court of law and Mr. Pollard has not yet entered any guilty plea.

No allegations have been made against the Company and the Company is not aware of any charges against its directors or other officers.
