Compensation is getting more personal, says ISG report Page 1

Companies are using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) software and tools to streamline compensation processes, widen the pay gap and personalize employee rewards, according to a new research report from leading global technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III).

The ISG Buyers Guide to Total Compensation Management, produced by ISG Software Research (formerly Ventana Research), says strategic oversight of compensation plays a critical role in how companies attract, retain and motivate talent in a competitive marketplace. It notes that the rise of remote work and the gig economy has led to a reevaluation of compensation strategies to accommodate diverse work arrangements and expectations.
