NaturalShrimp, Inc. Continues Production Despite Setbacks

DALLAS, TX, September 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NaturalShrimp, Inc. (OTCQB: SHMP) (the “Company” or “NSI”), a biotechnology aquaculture company that has developed and patented the first commercially operational seafood Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), today announced that, despite recent litigation, it has entered into discussions with Streeterville Capital, LLC (“Streetville”) to resolve the current issues, including the litigation, and continue to grow and expand the Company’s sushi-grade shrimp production.

Despite the lawsuit in Utah, the executives of both the company and Streeterville are working toward a solution that works for both companies. In this regard, prior to filing the lawsuit, Streeterville representatives toured the company’s Webster City Facilities in Iowa and were so impressed with the technology and work of the company’s employees that Streeterville agreed to and entered into a line of credit agreement totaling $500,000. Since the initial financing under the line of credit, Streeterville has continued to advance funds to NaturalShrimp to cover operating expenses.
