Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) (“IRT”) today announced that the Board of Directors of IRT has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of IRT common stock, payable on October 18, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2024.
