An 11-year-old boy’s large cache of weapons was found after he was arrested and released after allegedly bragging about shooting up two schools.

Carlo “Kingston” Dorelli was arrested Monday after he FaceTimed with other students at Creekside Middle School and “showed the rest of the group a number of guns and knives,” according to an arrest affidavit obtained by Spectrum News 13.

A stash of more than a dozen replica guns, knives and swords was seized by the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office in Florida and shared with the public in a video and photos.

“Since parents won’t raise your children, I’m going to raise them,” Sheriff Michael Chitwood declared sternly.

“Every time we arrest someone, your child’s picture is posted online.

“And if I succeed, I’ll take your child for a walk so everyone can see what your child is up to.”

The sheriff shared footage of Carlo, dressed in a blue plaid shirt and black pants, being led out of a deputy’s car with handcuffs around his wrists behind his back.

An officer held the boy by his left arm as he walked into the sheriff’s office, forcing him to lean against a wall because his ankles were also shackled.

“Okay, come in, take a seat in the cell,” an official in the office said to Carlo, who followed the instructions and went inside.

“We’re going to gather some paperwork and get things started for you. Any questions?”

Carlo shook his head as the officers locked the cell.

The boy had bragged to classmates about his gun collection and threatened to have a “kill list” drawn up at two different schools, Chitwood alleged.

“He had a list of names and targets drawn up,” the sheriff said. “He says it was all a joke.”

Carlo has been charged with a crime, namely intimidation by written threat in the form of a ‘mass shooting/terrorism act’.

He was arrested less than two weeks after a 14-year-old boy allegedly shot and killed two students and two teachers at Apalachee High School in Georgia.
